We're a barbershop in the middle of Selly Oak — the one the students, the regulars and the first-timers all call theirs.
Where it started
Costa Del Selly Oak
The Finery opened its doors on Raddlebarn Road to be one thing above all: a barbershop for all. Whoever's in the chair, they get the same welcome and the same care.
It grew from there. The shop now keeps chairs full in Selly Oak and up on York Road in Kings Heath, but the feeling has stayed exactly the same — relaxed, laid-back, and glad you came in.

Creative work sits alongside traditional barbering here — and it's the team that makes it.
Luke, Niall, Oli, Sam and Tommy are the barbers you'll meet on the tools, with Rob learning the trade and already turning out cuts that get their own reviews. Between them there's every kind of finish — skin fades, soft mullets, first proper restyles.

Styled to hold, the Finery way
Every cut gets a real chat first and the time to land it, so you leave with something you can rock how you want it. We finish you with our own Stay Fine Cream, so the shape holds long after you're out the door.
Students save on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, there's parking on the high street, and a soft drink while you settle in. Simple things, done warmly.
